Who says customer service is dead? Zappos replies to my personal request.

In case you missed it last year, the YOB Fair (Your Own Business Fair) will be happening again in 2011. I’m on the planning committee and am helping to ensure that this year will be bigger and better! However, more details about the Fair will come later…as this blog is more about the awesome customer service from Zappos.com (an online retail store that sold to Amazon for a reported $1.2 billion).
