Every day we have “fires” that come up. Things can go wrong, the car breaks, someone cancels an appointment, an associate dropped the ball. This list goes on.
It all takes time out of our already hectic schedules and can get very frustrating. My goal is to stay as productive as possible at all times and things like this can through a major monkey wrench in the day.
