1% of Millionaires Pay No Income Tax?

The Tax Policy Center has recently released some statistics that are quite alarming to many in the public.  As usual, the facts are stated in a way to get the Tax Policy Center some publicity, thought the statistics are mostly accurate.

Four hundred thousand US households (single and married filers) made over 1 million dollars in the 2010 tax year.  About 4,000 of those millionaires paid zero taxes.  Sounds astounding right?  You and I would love that arrangement right?  Actually, you probably wouldn’t.
