When on the hunt for a new telecom provider, most companies, regardless of their size tend to go with the carrier they are most familiar with. They do not want to risk their company’s important telecom budget on a company that may not be able to give them adequate service or even worse, may go out of business.  It is important when considering your carrier options to explore all angles including the ability to consistently provide reliable service.  With all that said, don’t discount the smaller telecom providers.
