Happy Valentine’s day everyone! It’s the time to show love to those most important to you.

So how do you show the love to your clients? How important are they to you?

As a marketer, I know that it cost 10 times as much to get a new client as it is to get repeat business from an existing one. So you need to keep them happy. Show them you care.

Think about it, how many times have you bought a product or service from someone else and never heard from them again? It always surprises me how much this happens.
